Our client is one of the leading specialists in this area, with a long standing reputation for enabling major clients to have meaningful dynamic dialogue with their customers. This role is within their busy team running one of Europe’s most successful programmes of research which informs and influences the customer strategy of a market leading services brand.
You will be joining this team at an exciting time when you’ll have direct input into shaping and scoping the future direction of the programme - in terms of testing and evaluating new data collection methodologies and developing and managing the design of their bespoke client portal. Building strong client relationships is key as you’ll be responsible for specific accounts requiring daily client contact and discussion.
Significant opportunity to learn and broaden your skill set in design, research, analysis, visualisation and data interpretation, this role will also see you conducting ad-hoc projects and working with their qual team.
