New breed creative advertising agency enjoying major consulting group investment and growth seeks a Head of Research and Insight Strategy for a three month fixed term contract to cover paternity leave.

Uniting cultural analysis with strategic thinking, you will be overseeing research projects with multiple methodologies across different applications such as marketing, advertising, /communications, branding/brand design, product innovation/product design, and thought leadership. Projects could be anything from major budget client funded six month projects to quick turnarounds informing agency wide pitches.

With a strong academic background (e.g. anthropology, sociology, philosophy or human geography or equivalent) and a passion for creative qualitative methodolgies, you will be comfortable with c-suite client relationships and delivery, as well as integrating with internal teams across areas such as creative, strategy, UX/UI and design. Any clientside experience would also be an advantage. With a brilliant writing style, you will be skilled at overseeing the agency’s research deliverables. This role requires someone to be happy and able to jump in with both feet to pick up where the current head leaves off. Keeping everything ticking and moving forward, continuing to enthral and delight just as if nothing has changed!
