CRM Analyst | Market Leading Fin-tech Brand
We are looking for a CRM analyst, with 4 years plus experience, to join a market leading fin-tech brand.
A market leader in the fin-tech space, their platform (website & app) is used by some 200,000 clients. They're a FTSE250 brand who have really ambitious growth plans!
The CRM analyst sits in the, ever growing, London analytics team. They're looking for someone to own analytics for all of their marketing activities which include email, push notifications in their app and also direct mail.
It's a good time to join as you'll be able to make an immediate impact, the team has recently restructured to allow for more collaboration and they want someone to help set up reporting on key metrics, which include regular reporting as well as reporting on one-off campaigns for things like events or new products/features etc.
Progression is really good here. The hiring manager has had 4 different roles in 5 years. She said they're really good at moving people around, this role could grow into a management role as they continue to grow the analytics team or maybe moving to a different area within analytics or even the data science team.
4 years plus experience in CRM analytics / analytics more broadly
Data visualization / reporting experience using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI etc
Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
