Global Head of Insight | Global Media Agency

We are looking for someone to head up the global insight team of a top media agency.

The client:

This is a chance to join one of the most successful global media agencies, who are at the forefront of innovation.

The role:

The global head of insight is based in London and although a global role travel is fairly infrequent. They're looking for someone with fresh thinking and new ideas, they want someone who's going to challenge, someone who's going to innovate from a research and insight perspective.

You'll spearhead their global media attitudes and behaviour study, you'll 'productise" their research offer to clients - which includes digital tools and data sources, including Google Analytics, social listening & web analytics etc.

You'll lead on the rollout of qualitative insight techniques, you'll be involved in nailing down what the business needs from a qualitative perspective and also identify the right research partners.

Collaboration is another big area for the global head of insight, they're looking for someone who can continue to build on existing and establish new relationships across the network.

Skills

12 years plus research/insight experience.
Media agency experience.   
A strong people leader and someone who enjoys developing and nurturing talent.
A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
