Market Research Executive/ Senior Research Executive required by 4media group

JOB DESCRIPTION:

4media group, Global Integrated Communications Agency is looking for talented individuals to join their in-house team. We work with a good variety of clients across a wide range of sectors. A critical component of what we do is Market Research; helping us to understand the 'why's'.

The Role:

• Actively participate in brainstorms.
• Assisting with quotes, proposals.
• Manage market research projects from end to end; providing guidance along the way.
• Providing input into how research could enhance a communication.
• Survey design.
• Scripting surveys, using Decipher software.
• Analysing research.
• Write summaries.
• Supporting internal marketing activity.

About you:

We are looking for smart people that have a taste for Market Research. 

Essential Skills:

• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• At least 1-year experience in the research industry or in a similar position.
• Confident with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently to build strong client relationships.
• Creativity and ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team across the company.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Results-driven and self-motivated outlook.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with excellent time-management skills.
• Confidence to attend client meetings and pitches.
• Experience in scripting using Decipher is a bonus – not essential.

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: Full Time

SALARY DESCRIPTION: £23 - £27K plus Private Medical, Life Assurance, Dental Cover, Pension, Birthday Off & More
