This team is all about engaging with consumers regarding the service they have received and really delving deep to understand peoples experience, therefore you will need to have worked across projects of a similar nature before (this could be in utilities, B2B, social research etc.) Projects will range from large-scale complex studies to smaller ad-hoc work and you will work across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies utilising a range of techniques

You will ideally be an ambitious Research Manager looking for the opportunity to grow quickly and will be confident running both quantitative and qualitative projects (quant only will be considered). You will also need very strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produced focused and powerful presentations and ‘wow’ clients with your insightful recommendations.
