Senior Consultant (Quantitative) – Strategy & Creativity

With offices globally, Melbourne is the newest division. Due to great success and the win of key client accounts they are looking for a Senior Quantitative specialist to join the team.

This is a high-profile role where you will take key responsibility for:

• Client Relationships – managing a mix of local and international client brands spanning FMCG, Finance, Services, Retail and Automotive. As you believe in a strategic approach to problem solving, you are looking at project with a fresh pair of eyes (no one size fits all approach’s here)
• Strategic Insights – known for their ability to turn complex problems, into clear solutions you’ll be involved in providing your clients with insights and recommendations that generate growth. You’ll take your clients on a journey – painting a picture of what needs to be done, and how. You’ll do beyond explaining the what and uncover the why.

• Team Management – with a team of switched on juniors reporting into you, you will lean, train, mentor and develop their skills
• Technical skills – although your focus it on top line strategy, you are able (and willing) to be hands on with the data from pitch to presentation. You have strong technical capabilities using SPSS, Q and excel – and are always looking for new advancements to take your thinking to the next level

Your extensive quantitative market research agency experience will be critical your success in this role. We are not just looking for a researcher that understands data – we are looking for the consultants that can deep dive into data and pull out the key nugget of information that gives everyone the ‘ah-ha’ moment.
