This world-leading independent healthcare market research and consulting agency are based in London with offices in France, Singapore and the US! They understand that marketing plays a crucial role in ensuring they continue to grow and are therefore looking for a Research Associate Director to work closely and collaboratively with the quant team to deliver excellent research projects for their clients.
You'll have the opportunity to work in a creative space which boasts a free state-of-the-art gym, on-site café, outdoor cinema, panoramic river views, gardens and regular social events.

The role

· Opportunity to utilise a variety of pioneering qualitative research techniques across a wide variety of pharma / healthcare projects

· Developing winning proposals / bids with senior management as well building and maintaining a strong team of researchers

· Working closely with senior staff to help develop strategic processes

About you

· Proven ability in working and managing the full quant research cycle

· Excited by the opportunity of working with a range of clients on highly strategic and consultative healthcare / pharma research projects

· Strong communication skills, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, building valuable professional relationships with colleagues and clients
