Quantitative Research Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Research Director to work for a leading research consultancy based in central London. Leading a successful team, you will be focused on ensuring that high quality insights are produced and delivered that meet your clients' briefs, as well as building up strong key account relationships and winning new business from new and existing accounts.

The company is perfectly situated in the heart of the West End, with modern and open plan offices and plenty to do on the doorstep! Due to growth, they want to bring on a Quantitative Research Director to oversee a portfolio of existing business, as well and build out and develop new opportunities. They work across retail, media, technology and FMCG sectors.

The Role
As Research Director, you will oversee a team of people and will be responsible for their growth and development. You will play a key part in the senior management team and how the business is shaped for the future.

Key Duties Include:-
- Owning key account relationships, ensuring that the best possible outputs are delivered and that strong relationships are maintained
- Writing business winning proposals, that meet the client briefs and attending pitch meetings
- Identifying ways to grow existing key accounts
- Developing your team members and ensuring that they have the support they need to work to the best of their ability

The Candidate
- Educated to degree level (minimum 2:1) from a Red Brick University
- Strong quantitative research experience - with a proven track record working across a variety of methodologies
- Ability to write and deliver business winning proposals and confidently present to clients
- Strong key account management skills
- Ability to develop people and help them progress in their careers
