Head of Retail

This award-winning insight consultancy with innovative technology at the heart of what they do, are looking for a proven leader to spearhead their retail division. You will be tasked with supporting both the business and clients, delivering actionable insights along with the highest level of customer service to key players in the retail sector.

Key responsibilities include:

* Being the leader for Retail clients across Europe, creating and managing the strategy to lead and inspire

* Managing a portfolio of cutting-edge Retail Clients

* Taking responsibility to lead and grow clients and help inform strategy

* Nurturing existing client relationships whilst driving the company's reputation through strong networking

* Mentoring and coaching team members. Leading through effective team management.

* Being the champion for Retail and supporting business development on proposals and pitches

* Support and manage the presentation quality from to start to finish, ensuring that insights are commercial and relevant

* Work with the team to inspire, coach and retain talent. Leading the team

* Become the face and voice of the Retail sector, championing the company at industry and networking events.

To be the successful candidate, you should be highly respected leader within the retail sector, and;

* Have proven experience of managing and embracing multiple methods with a strong innovation focus

* Be self-motivated with a drive to improve

* Have a track record of delivering consultative recommendations and strategic insight

* Deliver innovative, strategic and winning solutions for clients

* Have demonstrable leadership qualities; initiative and proactivity
