This research agency is looking for researchers that can help create rich, meaningful and valuable insights for clients. They let their clients guide their approach offering them insights generated from a range of sources and methods. A previous MRS Best agency award winner, they have continued to grow their client relationships, with companies such as Asda, NPower, Honda and Disney. They work across the whole planning cycle, specialising in brand, innovation and business strategy from anything from identifying business opportunities, content and channel strategy to brand positioning and retail and comms strategy. With a strategic approach, they intend to drive change within every client they work with.
You will be responsible for driving the day to day aspects of projects, whether that be assisting the more junior members of the team or liaising with the senior team members. Your progression will be under your control but ideally you will start the ball rolling from day one by influencing those around you in a collaborative way. The opportunity to develop your presentation and proposal writing skills will be present from the get-go and the expertise you will find around you will be invaluable to your career progression. The ad-hoc nature of the work will expose you to a variety of new challenges and use of methodologies.
3+ years quantitative research experience
Plenty of experience in questionnaire conception
Strong project management, communication and organisational skills
Enjoy finding the story hidden within data
Confident, positive and committed manner
