They seek a brand and comms research professional to service a range of prestigious clients across multiple sectors from gaming to banking. You will use your expertise to act as a trusted adviser, overseeing all aspects of their media and comms tracking studies and presenting the insights. Along with a Director, you will lead project teams here in the UK as well as working with colleagues in global offices, including international fieldwork and client service teams. You will have the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc projects, such as smaller tracking studies and participate in wider initiatives across the business including thought leadership pieces and new product development.
With proven excellence in leading tracking programmes, you will enjoy keeping your clients satisfied and secure in the knowledge that their studies are in good hands. Also with an interest in the bigger picture, you will be keen to create and execute client plans to strengthen relationships over the longer term and your ability to impart your know-how to others will allow you to develop the team in your own inimitable style.
