The Role

As our Head of Knowledge Management you will lead best practice in the use of Information Management systems, such as the Law Society's (TLS) new CRM to structure our knowledge base tomake relevant content easy to find. You will set up a system that compiles every single report, proposal, output, video, and story TLS has ever produced, categorise them, tag them and structure them, so that they are easy to find and easy to use. You will also put in place a process to ensure this system is constantly updated with all the new outputs TLS produces.

Your key tasks will be to:

 

 

Instil a knowledge management system which informs strategy, policy, innovation and product developmentDefine what knowledge management means at TLS and set metrics of success Structure our knowledge base to make relevant content easy to find Build the internal system that will be used as a searchable repository for everything TLS has ever produced, and will continue to produce.



What we're looking for

You'll have high level experience of digital content management, proven knowledge of records management practices, applicable legislation and professional standards. You must possess outstanding leadership skills including the ability to effectively inspire, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You will also need to demonstrate you are an effective change agent, able to win hearts and minds and well versed in change management methodologies.
