- Become the expert practitioner in qualitative methods for this major services client
- Build stakeholder relationships and embed yourself in the business
- Work across a range of other local & international clients in Retail & Services
- Actively seek to develop research approaches and techniques further
- Lead analytical discussion and recommendations
- Inspire, mentor and share knowledge with your team
- Wider business leadership responsibilities
The Requirements:
- Significant experience in Qualitative consumer insights
- Supplier side experience essential
- Confident in workshops, co-creation, groups, depths, ethnography, cultural insights & trends
- Experience in leading client relationships
- A strong business perspective
