The Role:

  • Become the expert practitioner in qualitative methods for this major services client
  • Build stakeholder relationships and embed yourself in the business
  • Work across a range of other local & international clients in Retail & Services
  •  Actively seek to develop research approaches and techniques further 
  • Lead analytical discussion and recommendations 
  • Inspire, mentor and share knowledge with your team
  • Wider business leadership responsibilities

The Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Qualitative consumer insights
  • Supplier side experience essential
  • Confident in workshops, co-creation, groups, depths, ethnography, cultural insights & trends
  • Experience in leading client relationships
  • A strong business perspective
