Director (Insights & Analytics) – Big Four Consultancy (Financial Services Clients)

Very exciting Director position within a Big Four working closely with financial services clients on insights & analytics solutions!

As part of its Customer and Digital Practice, you’ll join a team providing insights and customer experience expertise that sets the direction for change or transformation.  With the continuing explosion of new technologies and analytical tools, they focus on creating new propositions and connecting them to the group’s wider consultancy offer. This Director position is a senior leadership role focused on driving growth within the UK where “insights” incorporates customer research, data, analytics and technology; in so doing you will primarily concerned with delivery of such to the financial services industry. This Director will sit as part of the senior leadership team and be responsible for steering strategy, implementing it with clients and delivering the next phase of growth.  It is very much hands on, combining excellent personal gravitas and a background in insights with a flair for business development, strategy and building lasting client relationships.

Credentials require someone already in an insights leadership role who can build an additional team, who is a trusted client advisor, and who can manage end to end delivery of major client engagements. Relevant experience within data, analytics or insight leadership showing increasing accountability and commercial impact, evidence of an outstanding track record for business development and driving long-term growth, and prior positions in major consulting firms or global insight agencies are prerequisite, as is some exposure to working with financial services clientele.
