A rare opportunity to lead, drive and develop a Quantitative unit from the ground up. This established business is keen to move from solely Qualitative Recruitment & Fieldwork and add a Quantitative division. With excellent field coverage across the UK, they provide a comprehensive service, including interviews, analysis and recruitment, their clients include full-service research agencies and digital marketers.

This is an exciting opening for an accomplished Project Manager /Director to grow the Quantitative division of the business from scratch. You will play an important role in growing the business through developing successful relationships with existing and new clients, looking for growth opportunities whilst managing profitability across all operations. You will be required to work in a flexible, dynamic environment with the autonomy to shape and build the business accordingly.

You will have a demonstrable track record of success in Senior Operational Management role with experience of managing teams. This high-profile position needs a results-driven professional with the confidence to manage and develop relationships at the highest levels.
