London – Leading Independent Agency – £40,000-£54,000

This independent agency work on behalf of government and charities to find out what people really think about social issues and the impact these issues have on their lifestyle, health and relationships. As an Associate Director you will lead, drive and develop numerous fascinating research projects as well as play an active role in the wider life of the agency; contributing to business development and the training of junior staff so as to ensure the agency’s continued success and visible presence across the country. Policy research covers numerous areas including health, education, energy and environment, work, employment and welfare.

Working within the small, talented and dedicated team you will need to be a specialists quantitative (any qualitative is a plus) researcher with the ability to pitch, design and deliver high quality evaluations for clients across the public, private and third sectors. Already an experienced quantitative researcher you will have advanced knowledge of survey design and analysis and experience of delivering complex evaluation projects. Strong leadership and project management skills are absolutely essential along with a track record of building strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Experience from within social /public sector research will be absolutely key and you will have a genuine interest in a variety of policy areas and research methodologies.
