The Company
In recent years this company has been rewriting the rulebook on how data and research is visualised and presented. Having grown from 15 to 130 employees since 2015 they are expanding at an exciting rate, with no sign of slowing down, and now have offices in the USA, UK, China, Japan and Poland. They have a truly impressive client list, covering a wide range of industries including Bose, Kantar, BMW, Bosch Siemens, J&J and Ford.
The Role
Make no mistake, this is very much a hands-on sales role and the majority of your time will be devoted to business development and driving European sales. If you are motivated by nurturing existing client relationships as well as hunting for the biggest new clients out there, then this is the role for you.
The role also has European P&L responsibility for a well-established, yet rapidly expanding company, with the autonomy to shape the future of European operations.
The lead salesman responsible for ‘landing’ the big strategic accounts, you will manage and develop both the customer success and the sales team, leading by example.
This position sits in the executive team, sits alongside the Marketing Director in their new London office, and reports directly to the CEO.
Skills
A strategic salesperson
Ability to motivate your team and manage multiple projects at once
8 years’ experience in SaaS sales of which 4 are as a manager of a highly effective sales team
Proven ability to increase revenue
Ideally but not required: sales experience in data viz, business intelligence, reporting software/tools
