Best in class research and consulting firm enjoying tremendous expansion across their multi-disciplinary policy evaluation and impact assessment offering seeks Associates / Directors to support and build on this success across both domestic and international forums.

Working flexibly with governmental and not-for-profit clients, they provide tailored designs to suit the needs of each evaluation. Providing robust evidence on the effectiveness and impact of public policies and programmes, they also draw on their expertise to further provide recommendations to help set policy priorities and strengthen delivery.  Their projects are typically large-scale quantitative and qualitative evaluations, and involve inputs from across their evaluation, advisory and research teams, as well as from their external partners.

As an Associate / Director, you will be leading a growing portfolio of high profile impact and economic evaluation studies and given the expansion and diversification being enjoyed across the team, this is a rare opportunity to investigate multiple policy areas. It may be you wish to strengthen the specialist sector expertise you already have in areas such as energy, environmental, security, cohesion, health, industrial strategy and economic development etc or you are keen to master them first hand - either way our client is being determinedly non-prescriptive in their recruitment into these roles as they seek to bring talented people on board and build roles around their skills and expertise.

As part of a leading global research and insight firm, you will enjoy unparalleled support across the piece, including expert project managers, talented colleagues to collaborate with, ongoing investment in methodological innovation and your own professional development as well as a noticeable regard given to the importance of a work/life balance.
