We are looking for a Customer Experience Country Domain Lead for a leading insight and analytics consultancy, someone who is an expert in implementing end to end customer experience programs for businesses, either agency or client-side. This can be someone from a management consultancy or client-side. The role is for someone at a Senior Manager level, looking to step up. The role reports into the regional Head of Customer Experience.

The role itself is an interesting hybrid. You will drive growth via a commercial view of the value of the offer. It is about understanding business issues and how to apply the offer to the business and generate a strong ROI for them. You'll set the agenda for teams, growing the business and driving that through your experience within CX. It's being an expert and using that to help clients and drive profits and not a pure sales job as they have more work than they can handle at the minute, so a great opportunity for a leadership role.

For the role, you will need

  • 8+ years experience in Customer Experience, client-side or consultancy
  • History working with client leaders to understand business issues within CX
  • Experience implementing CX programs
  • Aspiration to build business through knowledge and thought leadership
  • Ability to challenge clients and internal teams to elevate conversation
