Job Details

We are working with an award-winning global insights and design strategy company. They are based across London, Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, and their work is across global markets. They are partners to some of the biggest names in the world and work with both commercial and non-profit organisations.

Globally, they are 150 people and over the past 30 years have been awarded Agency of the Year on this journey. Now, continuing down the route of design strategy and having opened their London office which acts as a global hub, they are looking for a project manager to join and help with the growth of not only the office, but their offering too.

This role is an integral part of the office and will involve planning international workshops, budgeting, planning and so forth. The role will be lead project manager and will involve coordinating business operations, qualitative fieldwork and office management. More than that, you will also be helping to set up complex projects in diverse areas of the world, collaborating with the other offices.

Not only will you be heading up the project management, as the team are small, there is opportunity to grow your own personal development and trajectory. An invaluable opportunity for your career and would suit somebody who is looking to challenge themselves in a new environment.

Knowledge of project management within market research, insight, qualitative research, innovation and/or design strategy is a must but would consider someone from 2+ years experience in these fields.

They are a dynamic agency, evolving with a rapidly changing business and social context. Our ideal candidate would have a global mindset and be curious about global cultures, consumers, markets and brands across the world.

They are driven by passionate and self-motivated individuals, flexible/remote working is a core aspect of their values as well as making room for personal interests and passions, progression plans, training rotations, 28 days holiday in addition to bank holidays plus other benefits.

If you're looking to join a boutique close knit team who are the hub of a buzzing global network and be the lead project manager, apply below.

Company

Insight, Analytics and Market Research talent sourcing has been at the heart of our business for 30 years. With 6 dedicated consultants we have immersed ourselves in the sector. Outside recruitment some of our consultants work as mentors for the insight industry, we’ve been involved in charitable events, and work with a number of industry bodies.

The dynamic nature of the Data and Insight industry (30 years ago, no one had heard of Business Intelligence, UX or Big Data) means total absorption in the sector is essential. Our passion is to be informed and current, so we can partner you every step of the way. Members of APSCO the professional recruitment body (recruitment consultancies need to provide 10 professional references to join), we keep up with the latest technology and legal developments in the industry.
