Divisional Head, Retail Vertical - Full Service Customer Insights and Experience Agency
Pivotal Divisional Head role within a successful customer insight agency enjoying a transformative time of solid growth and investment.
Combining advisory insight and their own cutting edge technology they enable a huge variety of companies to confidently place the Voice of their Customer at the heart of their decision making. They employ a wide variety of agile mechanisms for capturing, analysing and socialising customer and employee feedback ranging from always-on, real-time and post-experience programmes through to customer panels, pop-up communities and one-off snapshot studies. Offering a professional service rather than off-the-shelf tech, they’re immersed in their clients’ businesses acting as an extension of their own marketing teams.
Using your research and client service expertise, you will lead the portfolio of retail clients, the biggest vertical within the business with a dedicated team and an annual turnover of around £2M. This is a highly visible senior role which will directly shape and deliver the business and client services vision. Thought and team leadership will be combined with building on existing relationships and developing strategic partnerships and being an ambassador for the company externally.
With a quant background and proven ability to deliver consultative recommendations, you will be interested in joining a tech enabled environment - however if this is a new avenue for you that’s fine as you will be supported by a highly capable, tech savvy team.
You will be based out of their Central London or Hampshire hub, depending on your preference, with periodic travel between the two offices. Excellent opportunity to join a specialist environment as they seriously edge the CRM consultancy market.
