Our client is a leading Australian Market Research Agency dedicated to Social and Government Research. They work across a large range of fascinating projects spanning Government Policy areas and opinion research. They set the bar high and provide world-class research solutions to contemporary social issues. Experts at collecting, processing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative date they work across all facets of social and government research - housing, health, education, crime, transport, government services etc. and they are skilled at ensuring the participation of marginalised and vulnerable members of the community.

The ideal candidate will have a good basic grounding in quantitative research and experience of working within a market research agency (min 1 - 2 years). Prior exposure to Social and Government Research would be a distinct advantage, whilst a passion for the sector is must.

Key responsibilities as a Project Manager:

  • Assisting with tenders and proposal writing
  • Quantitative research and questionnaire design
  • Supplier and fieldwork management 
  • Analysis (SPSS), reporting and strategic insights generation
  • Day to day client management

This team is well respected by the industry for the quality of their methodologies and their ability to innovate, especially when dealing with hard to reach respondents, so you will also need to be comfortable working in at times uncharted waters. A people person with excellent analytical skills and communication skills you will also need to enjoy building great client relationships.
