Our client is a small, growing Customer Closeness agency based in the Midlands. They work with a range of clients across market research, innovation, analytics and customer experience. They also own and manage a professional market research viewing facility. This role spans both elements.
Reporting to the Head of Insight and supporting the insight function across the business, you would be working with the insight team to support the delivery of client projects such as focus groups, mystery shopping, brand tracking and food taste tests.
Whilst learning the skills of research, the role would also focus on project management aspects such as fieldwork logistics, project timelines and dealing with suppliers.
Ideally you will have a 1-2 years in a similar role (either research or research project management). Or be a talented and enthusiastic graduate looking to establish a career within Market Research.
You will be someone able to grow with the business, who can be smart and impactful on the delivery and with clients; and enjoys working with a smile on their face.
