About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to provide valuable support to our expanding Policy and Research Survey team. You will be exposed to a portfolio of survey projects feeding into impactful social policy and evaluation work across a variety of client contracts. 

Ecorys Survey provide data collection and delivery in the support of research, evaluation and consultancy projects across the Policy and Research team, Communications and Project Management teams all of which work across the UK, European and International spheres.

Our work ranges from supporting local client needs, through to large scale National, European and International monitoring and impact evaluations. We work across a range of social policy areas including education, employment, children, young people and families, health and wellbeing.

As an Assistant Survey Project Manager you will provide wide ranging project support within the Ecorys Survey team who deliver data collection projects and surveys such, online interviews, international SMS interviews, face to face interviews,  postal surveys and telephone interviews.

You will have the opportunity to support the delivery of a wide range of survey data collection projects to a variety of internal and external clients.

This role can be based in either our Birmingham, Leeds or London offices. 

Role Requirements:

You will need experience of delivering efficient project support as you will be answering ‘helpline’ enquiries via email and telephone from members of the public, supervisors and field and telephone interviewers.

Strong administration and coordination skills are essential as you will be supporting the running of the survey centre as well as making travel and meeting arrangements and coordinating diaries for the survey team and internal clients

You will also need to have high attention to detail and accuracy due to the data cleaning, survey checking and data reviews across all survey projects including data for payroll purposes.

The role has tight deadlines and the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team is crucial.
