Resourcer - Market Research Recruitment

We are now looking for a full time Resourcer to join our busy team in Central London.

Your role will be primarily pro actively resourcing candidates (through LinkedIn, CV searches and database searches) to screening candidates and administration.

• Working closely with the team to deliver high quality relevant candidates for open roles you will populating the database with relevant talent for the business.
• Market mapping on search assignments.
• Advertising - write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised
• Utilising and managing social media for direct recruitment - enhancing and developing our Employer Brand.

Experience in recruitment is a plus, but not essential as we can teach you everything you need to know about recruiting in the Market Research sector. You must however be a confident multi-tasker, with precision and great attention to detail. Exceptional telephone manner and English, both verbal and written is essential. Some desk research experience is desirable and ideally some interest in marketing communications or market research.
