Quantitative Associate Director| Consumer Research
We're looking for an Associate Director to join this creative insight agency based in Central London
This agency works across 6 international offices to deliver unique and fascinating research. Working with anything from Gaming to digital, experimental and behavioural science, this agency really has it all. They investigate everything from who Gen Z are to what it means to genuinely represent the LGBTQ+ community. Clients include: Amazon, Google, Netflix, Facebook, Diageo, Loreal, Universal, Sony to name but a few!
As an Associate Director you'll be a part of the leadership team. You'll have the opportunity to work on a multitude of projects covering both ad-hoc and tracker work with a plethora of clients both nationally and internationally. You will actively train more junior researchers. As a member of the senior team you will be dealing with clients regularly so we're looking for someone who is a great storyteller.
Strong quantitative skills, with knowledge on how to use Qual methodologies
Excellent client handling skills, particularly in driving the client and projects (having the ability to influence in a collaborative way)
Confident and assertive manner
Ability to manage project teams and have excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail
Superb presentation skills
Great proposal writing skills
