The Role:

The qualitative research director role is a senior role within the company. You'll be held responsible for the important task of maintaining and growing existing client relationships. But this is truly a 'hands on' role, so you'll be expected to conduct workshops, focus groups and customer closeness sessions. You'll need to excel at communicating to an audience in order to represent the business at conferences and events. As a growing company they are really looking for someone who will actively participate and contribute to their five-year strategic plan.
