The current CEO is looking to grow the Board as part of succession planning to free up time to devote to other ventures and projects and this role needs someone with inspirational quantitative, management and commercial skills to lead and develop a team of bright and talented Quant researchers.
You should have a background with either top agencies or clever quant consultancies and be looking for a company which will offer you a platform to further your career and be part of an entrepreneurial and forward thinking team. You should also have your own clear perspective and philosophy on quantitative research as you will share ideas and help shape the direction and future of the business in this highly rewarding position.
