Creative Strategist | Ethnography

Job Details

Do you want to work with one of the most progressive creative agencies in the World?

Known for it's ability to blend creativity, digital and data to develop hard-hitting campaigns. They have developed the most famous campaigns for the likes of Just Eat, the Army, Nando's, Cbeebies, Battersea Animal Shelter, BBC Music and more. So, hugely diverse.

This team are looking for a quallie at Associate Director level. They specialise in cultural analysis and ethnography. They partner with semioticians as well as the other insight team who focus on quant, analytics and social listening. It's a specialist boutique team.

The outlook of the role is in two parts, working with internal teams across the ad agency to design the methodology and oversee multimethod projects. Working with multiple strings of research, smaller agencies and uniting all of the streams of research with day to day management.

The other half is working directly with the end clients with qual. They are ethnography specialists. They are looking for who is confident with ethnography amongst other types of methodologies - although you'll need to be able to write discussion guides, you will do more than just relaying a transcript back. You'll be able to think about research in a creative way and draw insight from body language and not just what people say out loud.

Another aspect of the role is content creation, you can write creatively. They are an ad agency so the outputs are extremely important.

This role would suit an anthropologist, an ethnographer, a story teller. If you're looking to join an award-winning agency including Best Place to Work in the UK 2019 (Top 5), apply below.
