Job Details

The disconnect between what humans think and how they actually behave is something that not-for-profit and Government organisations have been challenged with for decades. We are working with a long-rooted best in show agency who believe in the power of evidence, who work on some of today's most important policy challenges.

Their work investigates questions across domestic violence and vulnerable groups, the overall health of the UK, digital engagement and usage to international attitudes towards the refugee crisis for example.

They are looking for a qualitative associate director who can help with these challenges. Not only is the area of research covering a huge spectrum, the role itself is incredibly impactful and rewarding.

As Director, your role is shaping the strategic direction and management of their qualitative offer. This will be as a trusted advisor to your clients, delivering bespoke research solutions alongside your team and supporting the global practice with innovative thought leadership.

As one of the most reputable public sector agencies in Market Research, they tend to win the bigger and more strategic projects that face politics and social research. They seek to understand underlying behaviours by deconstructing the complex range of influences that face societies. They do this through versatile methods including approaches across traditional groups, in-depths, digital, ethnography and behavioural insights. It's a hands-on role, so experience with qualitative methods from a research agency is key.

If you are looking to add significant contribution to projects on a global scale by helping to improve public communications, public policy making and develop innovation to solve major economic and social challenges through qual, apply below.
