You'll join a research team (made up of desk researchers, analysts, data specialists) that takes on projects set by both the consulting and commercial teams, and you'll partake in research processes, ensure guidelines are followed, and effectively be a knowledge source for internal/external enquiries regarding your category (in this case biology, medicine, life sciences etc). What's required is someone who knows about medicine, biology, life sciences and who has a basis of research/analytical skills - from particular areas such as knowledge management, expert networks, market research/intelligence etc - that they'd like to develop in a more creative way.
