THE COMPANY
The market leaders in the UK for the provision of protection plans for customers on various consumer products. Currently focused on a 5 year strategy to enhance their customer experience and develop their digital offering.

THE ROLE
As Customer Research Executive you will provide valuable support to the business through understanding and delivering insights into the company's current and future customer.

The research & strategy team captures customer insights through bespoke research (qualitative and quantitative), continuous feedback surveys, consumer studies, internal feedback and various internal data sources. This role is designed to help capture and cleanse these insights and communicate key findings to stakeholders.

YOU
You will need:

- Previous market research experience - agency or clientside
- Knowledge of survey platforms and scripting surveys
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- To be a confident communicator and comfortable dealing with people at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
