Market Insight Manager - Up to £48,000 + Benefits - Devon

THE COMPANY
Acclaimed for its teaching and research, this university's impressive campus sits between the sea, Cornwall and Dartmoor.

THE ROLE
As Market Insight Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery and development of a market insight service that is customer focused, cost effective and efficient, influencing the strategic direction of the organisation.

In more detail you will be:

- Responsible for developing new and enhanced market, competitor and applicant insight to optimise the University undergraduate student recruitment activity and support growth in postgraduate and international markets
- Playing a key insight and advisory role in the development of a competitive academic portfolio and providing market and competitor analysis in order to inform realistic and achievable student number planning
- Managing applicant and student surveys in order to provide greater understanding of the applicant and student journey.

YOU
You will need:

- Significant experience of working in a market insight function and evidence of generating insights to inform strategy and decision-making
- Knowledge of a range of research methods and research design (qualitative and quantitative)
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint and databases
- Strong networking and influencing skills
