We are excited to be able to offer a new opportunity in Leeds with a full service agency with an excellent reputation for nurturing their team and a no nonsense approach to turning insight into strategy. As they enter their second decade of development, they are enjoying continued growth, with appointments at both senior and junior levels, and investment in technology and product offers.

The team is made up of passionate qualitative and quantitative specialists, working with blue chip clients across financial services, retail, FMCG and media with particular expertise in customer experience, product and service development work as well as branding and comms.

With a highly progressive, grown up attitude to running their company, this is a place that recognises autonomy and allows people to take as much responsibility as they are ready for whilst nurturing and progressing those hungry to learn and develop. They currently seek a skilled qual researcher, but are flexible as to their level of experience.

Ideally you will be able to conduct focus groups and client workshops unsupervised. You may be comfortable managing smaller projects or ready to take ownership of clients and more meaty studies, either way you will enjoy running projects and handling clients.
