Project types include patient journeys, customer segmentation studies, multi-channel communications and brand strategy – the research is purpose built for today’s marketing world.  

As a Research Associate, you will have day to day responsibility for the Project Management of quantitative research projects. This includes the overseeing of fieldwork, quality control and questionnaire design. With capability in the digital space, you will also have responsibility for managing online communities. Throughout the research cycle, you will have regular client liaison and will be involved in data analysis, presentation design and report writing for a range of ad-hoc and tracking projects. Not only will you enhance your quantitative toolkit, but there is also opportunity to become involved in the qualitative side of research.

In this role you will join a team of not only smart researchers but people who are energetic, curious and inspiring! This hands-on position provides the opportunity to blend research and marketing, through the delivery of creative and innovative research solutions for your clients.

You

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a market research agency
  • Exposure to quantitative research methods (and qualitative ideally)
  • Experience in healthcare experience would be ideal but not essential
  • Energetic, outgoing, self-starting personality
  • Strong project and relationship management skills
