This fast growing, multi award winning and highly innovative insight and consumer research consultancy is seeking an Account Director to join their team in Geneva.

As Account Director your main priority will be to grow the client base and handle account retention as well as actively pursuing new business – you will represent the company at meetings, industry events and conferences and share your knowledge and experience with junior members of the team.

You will have an impressive track record of managing and growing account, particularly in FMCG with a passion and understanding of new approaches to marketing, insight generation, innovation and strategy – specifically crowdsourcing, and new market research techniques.

This would be an ideal role for an individual with an expert understanding of market research process, tenacity and sales skills. Having already worked in client-facing roles you will be confident in your communication and presentation skills and ability to spot networking opportunities. A fluency in English with other languages a bonus.
