Quantitative Research Manager – Sydney

  • Boutique research agency giving you full client responsibility from the start
  • Interesting mix of clients – mostly ad-hoc, high-end strategic projects where ‘bigger picture’ thinking is required
  • Fabulous culture – family feel with lots of social stuff to go with

This well-known boutique Sydney-based research agency work with a depth & breadth of exciting clients with different styles and agendas to develop your portfolio of experience.  This is an opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business; it’s an open, collaborative, imaginative and fun culture in an agency that believes in fresh-thinking and tailored solutions to their clients’ briefs.

A new role has been created for a Quantitative Account Manager or Research Manager to join the growing team.  You will own some projects from day one so you must therefore be comfortable managing the project cycle from pitch to final presentation.   Researchers at this level must be able to engage with the data, always looking at the bigger picture to deliver the best possible recommendations to your clients.  It’s imperative that you also have excellent communication skills to be able to engage with clients as well as being commercially focussed, helping to build this consultancy’s fantastic client base and reputation.

It’s likely you’ll have a couple of years’ solid market research agency experience (custom/primary research) working with local brands.  You should be well versed in a range of quantitative methodologies whilst any additional qual skills will make you an even more attractive proposition.

In return you will get to work in a business that offers a whole host of benefits – additional leave, weekly breakfasts, quarterly lunches, excellent training and development and much much more.
