Qualitative Consumer Insight Manager | Rare client-side role
We are looking for a qualitative consumer insight manager to join a leading fin-tech brand. A super rare qual clientside role which is a 12month maternity cover.
A market leader in the fin-tech space, their platform (website & app) is used by some 200,000 clients. They're a FTSE250 brand who have really ambitious growth plans.
You'll play a lead role on all of their qualitative insight projects, you'll be hands-on with projects running focus groups, depths, ethnography, UX studies etc. You'll then work with multiple stakeholders to bring insights to life.
It's a hands-on role but there will also be opportunities to develop research agency management skills, managing relationships with research suppliers on big projects. We have placed two people with this client (including the incumbent going on maternity leave) who both had nothing but positive things to say about the working environment and impact the insight team have.
3 years plus qualitative research experience.

It's a nice opportunity to experience working client-side in a fast-growing business. The role is a one-year contract which comes with all the benefits of a permanent employee, including bonus which last year paid out 40%.
