A fast-growing, lively and ambitious agency based in Leeds would like to recruit a Qualitative Research Manager/Associate Director to work across a variety of Retail, Media and FMCG accounts. This is an opportunity for an aspirational commercial leader to become part of a highly successful business unit.

You will have instant involvement at each stage of the research process, from designing proposals through to assisting in the delivery of presentations. You will be confident in carrying out 1:1 interviews, moderating focus groups, designing questionnaires, analysing data, and finding insights.

With your strong qualitative research background, and desire to develop your career within this vibrant agency, you will be given autonomy and responsibility from the outset. You will be accountable for managing some SME clients, and will progress quickly to mentor and lead junior members of the team.
