Insight Manager - Up to £57,000 - North West London

THE COMPANY
You will be working for an emerging brand in the lifestyle rental business that is growing fast and backed by a huge property investment and development company.

THE ROLE
The role's primary focus is to support internal stakeholders through the delivery of a clear 360 view of both the market and the customer, providing actionable insights that help form the direction and vision of the brand, products and services.

In more detail you'll be:
- Providing macro-market insights and trends
- Providing micro-market insight - what is known about competitors and customers
- Generate actionable insight that feeds in to ways to improve customer experience
-Monitor and report on brand health and brand performance tracking
- Representing the voice of the customer across the business and making recommendations across all levels

YOU
You will need:
- Significant experience in an insights based role - research agency or clientside, strategy or consulting role
- To be comfortable working independently as the lead insight professional within the business
- Experience of both primary and secondary research tools
- Strong commercial acumen
- The ability to make persuasive arguments and articulate key messages through meaningful presentations that tell a story
