Research Manager

Employer
Join the Dots
Location
Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary
Very competitive (and is dependent on experience)
Closing date
7 Jun 2019

What will you be doing?

As a Research Manager you will be the principal point of contact for clients, and take responsibility for projects from proposal to debrief (with support from a Project Lead).

You’ll have a good level of knowledge across different research methodologies and experience of research design and analysis, with the ability to utilise trends and secondary research throughout the process.

If you have a real interest in bringing data to life, visual storytelling and a passion for working in research then we would love to hear from you. And don’t worry if you don’t have a traditional research agency-side background, we want to talk to people who can bring a different perspective to what we do.

What will you bring?

  • Great client handling skills
  • The ability to make the most complex information simple to digest & impossible to ignore
  • Account development skills
  • Interest in innovative methodologies e.g. communities, mobile surveys, ethnography
  • Enjoy a fast paced environment
  • And ideally, people and team management skills

A lot of our growth over recent years has been in our international offer and so experience with international market research is an advantage.

What’s in it for you?

We’re based in the heart of the Northern Quarter in Manchester, surrounded by cool bars and restaurants and are about a 7 minute walk from Piccadilly Gardens.

We’ll provide a creative, flexible and supportive place to work, tailored professional development and time for Charity work too. This is all on top of great corporate benefits such as an excellent pension scheme, season ticket loan, an employee perk portal for saving on high street stores and wellbeing packages etc.
