Job Details

Do you want to go further with the research and become a consultant to a range of public sector clients?

We are working with a leading communications consultancy who partner with the likes of NHS, Teach First, HMRC, Save The Children as well as high profile media clients, Think Tanks and public bodies to help them understand where they need to position themselves next.

This role is mixed methodology, as is everyone who works here. They understand the importance of investigating behaviour change through qualitative research as well as backing up these answers with quantitative research. Their research feeds into a range of applications within comms, from identifying potential audiences and helping to provide a framework for a comms strategy, to message development, comms evaluation, and providing content for PR. The projects range from large scale, strategic projects which employ analysis such as segmentations and regression through to quick turnaround projects.

Unlike most traditional research agencies who specialise in this area of research, they go further with the research and insights, tailoring them to directly provide clients with evidence and insights to inform strategies, change behaviour and define debates.

Although the research skills are very important, alongside this, they are looking for consultants who have a strong wider knowledge of the industry and personal passion for it. What makes people successful here, is a natural ambition to get involved with winning new work as well as confidence in client consultation.

If you're looking to develop yourself as not only a researcher, but as a consultant, apply below.

Company

Insight, Analytics and Market Research talent sourcing has been at the heart of our business for 30 years. With 6 dedicated consultants we have immersed ourselves in the sector. We regularly attend courses and conferences and have written a number of reports and articles about insight and data. As a result we have friends plus a large network of contacts, in the sector. Outside recruitment some of our consultants work as mentors for the insight industry, we’ve been involved in charitable events, and work with a number of industry bodies.

The dynamic nature of the Data and Insight industry (30 years ago, no one had heard of Business Intelligence, UX or Big Data) means total absorption in the sector is essential. Our passion is to be informed and current, so we can partner you every step of the way. Members of APSCO the professional recruitment body (recruitment consultancies need to provide 10 professional references to join), we keep up with the latest technology and legal developments in the industry.
