Strategy & Innovation Director - International Consumer Insights Group

Take an influential Strategy & Innovation Director role at this multi award-winning international consumer insights consultancy. Helping clients access consumers almost anywhere in the world in order to uncover insight, create compelling innovation, improve existing ideas and creative stimulus, their USP is to be able to go from insight discovery to validated creative stimuli in less than a month yet still retain a depth of insight and level of creative recommendation that sets them apart from competitors. As Strategy & Innovation Director, your role will be to lead and evolve the organisation via responsibility for delivery of consumer research projects, ensuring world class research outputs, plus you'll lead the innovation and digital transformation (automation) of its internal and external capabilities to enable a significant annual growth rate. To be considered you'll ideally be experienced in identifying consumer insight and turning it into business building strategy; have managed an insights/data analytics team and be familiar with advanced analytics solutions (text, image, video), plus have designed and implemented technical solutions at scale and automated internal processes. In addition, as a Strategy & Innovation Director you'll have strong project/program management and leadership skills, highly effective communication skills, be a collaborative team player; technical capabilities and understanding are equally essential.
