Our client is a boutique trends and insights consultancy with offices in all corners of the world. They are a team of c.30 who focus on branding, cultural insights and innovation.

Sectors are varied, TV, entertainment, travel, aviation, finance, telco and RM

They are methodologically flexible – focused on using a range of traditional and innovative techniques. Due to growth in the business they are looking for a Senior Qualitative Strategist to lead the Qualitative division. Taking full-ownership of projects with an extremely switched on and passionate team supporting you.

As an experience quallie you will have:

  • An impressive qual toolkit: Groups, IDI’s, ethnography, brainstorming sessions, online communities
  • Success pitching and winning key client accounts
  • A strong ability to turn insights into stories that drive action
  • Exceptional presentation and client management skills
  • An ability to lead, nurture and mentor a junior team

About you:

As a Senior Quallie you will be commercially astute, a strategic thinker and a leader. You will have strong influencing and communication skills, with the drive, tenacity and know-how to get things done.

You’ll have a track record for being forward thinking, creative and focused on the big-picture for your clients. Empathy, collaboration and pragmatism are key to being successful int his role.
