Job Details

Are you looking to work in a genuinely progressive environment? This award winning 'Employer of the Year' agency might just be the right place!

Client

We are working with a multiple award winning research agency based in Manchester with a genuinely ground-breaking offering. They conduct research across a huge number of areas including public sector, FMCG, FS, tech, digital and media amongst others. Alongside this, they opened a new, analytics function which allows companies to discover more from their data and merge it with their research information to give a fuller market picture. It's something which has gone from strength to strength and means really interesting, strategic projects with clients.

They have not only won awards for their work but also the culture and as well. Based in the centre of Manchester, they are a team of around 18 and growing. They grew revenue in double digits yet again, partly to do with with lower overheads of their data practice but also because of their excellent client retention and new clients who have joined.

They're probably the best boutique in Manchester and almost certainly the most innovative in their approach. Great culture, stable team and good growth and because of their size, a good chance to have a good impact on a strong business too.

Role

You will be responsible for delivering projects from start to end by using a variety of qual/quant methods including questionnaires, discussion guide design, qualitative moderation and analysis of quant/ qual data. Confidence is a must as you will regularly be presenting findings internally and to stakeholders. You will be given opportunities to grow yourself and help other junior researchers develop their careers. They're looking for someone that is motivated, smart-thinking and innovative to generate fresh insights.

Company

Insight, Analytics and Market Research talent sourcing has been at the heart of our business for 30 years. With 6 dedicated consultants we have immersed ourselves in the sector. We regularly attend courses and conferences and have written a number of reports and articles about insight and data. As a result we have friends plus a large network of contacts, in the sector. Outside recruitment some of our consultants work as mentors for the insight industry, we’ve been involved in charitable events, and work with a number of industry bodies.

The dynamic nature of the Data and Insight industry (30 years ago, no one had heard of Business Intelligence, UX or Big Data) means total absorption in the sector is essential. Our passion is to be informed and current, so we can partner you every step of the way. Members of APSCO the professional recruitment body (recruitment consultancies need to provide 10 professional references to join), we keep up with the latest technology and legal developments in the industry.
