Head of Qualitative - Maternity Cover

A highly successful research agency whose expertise lies in customer experience and loyalty insights, to ultimately find the core of customer motivation is looking for a Head of Qualitative for a maternity cover for 9-12 months, starting in early summer.

Over the last two years, the qual team has grown significantly due to their success under the then new Head of Qualitative, who is now going on maternity leave.

Although this role requires excellent experience in qualitative research they are looking for someone who has energy and enthusiasm for research in general as they will be working closely with the quant teams to produce high-level and story-led insightful briefs that challenge clients with their thinking.

The main responsibilities include managing and directing qualitative projects with the support of the team from client briefing, project set up and monitoring to final presentation, develop strong client relationships and with that grow the business organically as well as write new business proposals.
