Senior Field Controller/Field Manager - Independent Market Research Agency

An independent market research agency specialising in the healthcare sector seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Field Controller/Field Manager to join their expanding team. Progressive growth strategy has created new opportunities across the business with roles ideally located in their Central London offices, although if their Oxfordshire base suits you better there is flexibility.   

Working alongside the Operations Director and research team as they design and deliver domestic and international market research projects (qual, quant and online) for clients across the whole sector (pharma, device and diagnostics, OTC, personal care, medical nutrition, babycare....), you will liaise with external suppliers (including field agencies, recruiters, translators etc.) throughout the course of a project and assist with all aspects of field project management, ensuring seamless project delivery. You will also help with requests for quotations, updating databases, sourcing and relationship building with suppliers.

Previous experience of managing the fieldwork and logistics element of market research studies is essential whilst your excellent communication skills will be complemented by a professional attitude, strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and close attention to detail. This is a medium sized organisation with a collaborative and vibrant culture where individual contribution is truly noticed and rewarded.
