The growing Energy and Environment Policy Evaluation unit of this global organisation have an outstanding reputation for providing robust evidence-based recommendations to help to set policy priorities, strengthen their delivery and analyse their overall effectiveness within society.

As the Associate Director, you will use your background in environmental, energy and/or sustainable development policy and evaluation to contribute to the growth of this dynamic policy area. You will be responsible for running large scale complex projects from leading responses to tenders and the direction of projects to presenting to senior clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a range of policy areas to scope and deliver studies exploring effectiveness of interventions in national and international contexts and their impact.

Detailed Energy and Environment Policy knowledge (ideally across a range of areas though experts will be considered) is essential, as are top consultancy skills and experience working on complex high-profile projects. Knowledge of quant and qual research processes will also be essential, as will ambition, drive and a real passion for what you do! Fluency in one or more European language other than English is desirable.
