Having recently joined one of the most innovative rising brands within the comms agency community, they are now in the perfect position to build upon their integrated consultancy offering in the customer experience space and expand across territories, sectors and technologies.

They seek a progressive researcher to focus on both delivering and building in-depth customer experience work in the commercial sector

As an adept quant or mixed methods practitioner, you embrace all core methodologies and techniques as well as new/emerging approaches to deliver strategic and actionable findings. Ad hoc features as well as complex large scale programmes, they offer clients truly bespoke solutions based on their needs, rather than products to be sold.

With extensive hands on knowledge, you will be brilliant at running high profile projects ensuring added value, quality and depth of insight. With a strong presence in finance, utilities, healthcare and retail, they are expanding into new sectors, an activity you will be keen to explore with them. Having said this, their in-house BD team and continuous workflow from their comms agency partner means your role will be to nurture these relationships rather than initiate them.

This is very much a two way street. They will be looking to you for your expertise and guidance on how they can build and improve their offer - your fresh ideas and approaches will be openly welcomed, embraced and acted upon.
